About the role

This full-time Leasing & Field Agent role is an exciting entry level opportunity to work with an Award Winning Team in St Kilda and join a dynamic and supportive team. As a member of the residential leasing and property management division, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to landlords and tenants within the local area. This is an entry level role perfect for someone looking to start their career in real estate!

The role consists of a great deal of out of office work and requires someone who is able to work independently.

What you'll be doing

Assisting the Property Management team with Ingoing reports, routine inspections and open inspections

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date property records and databases

Providing exceptional customer service to both landlords and tenants

Supporting the property management team with any other duties as required

What we're looking for

Agents representative certificate

Strong organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and professional approach

Resilience & efficiency under pressure, a great sense of urgency.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work

A passion for the real estate industry and a desire to contribute to the success of the team

Excellent presentation

Drivers licence and reliable vehicle

Saturday work required

Experience in leasing or property management will be looked on very favourably
