We are seeking a motivated and professional Leasing & Inspecting Agent to join our growing team.

About the Role

This is a client-facing role where no two days are the same. You will be the face of the business when it comes to inspections, leasing, and tenant liaison.

Core Responsibilities:

Conduct Open for Inspections and assist prospective tenants with enquiries.

Complete Routine, Ingoing, and Final Inspections with detailed and accurate reporting.

Manage property handovers, key collections, and tenant communications.

Identify and report maintenance to the property management team.

Provide general support to the property management team with day-to-day leasing tasks.

About You

We are looking for someone who is professional, approachable, and highly organised. The right candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy dealing with people.

Requirements:

Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (essential).

Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle.

Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Professional presentation and a customer service mindset.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience in real estate, leasing, or property management (preferred but not essential).
