About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Leasing Consultant / Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team. This is a full-time position working Monday to Saturday (with one rostered day off during the week).

In this role, your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Conducting open-for-inspections and private viewings

Processing rental applications and tenancy documentation

Carrying out ingoing, outgoing and routine property inspections

Liaising with rental providers, renters, and contractors

Handling day-to-day administration and compliance duties

Strong communication skills (bilingual in English and Chinese is essential)

Current Agent’s Representative Certificate (mandatory)

Current Australian Driver’s Licence
