We’re looking for an experienced Café Manager to join the Torrens Hospitality team at our Corporate Health Group café in Gillman. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a small, dedicated team and make your mark in a growing business - no nights, no weekends, no public holidays!

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service flow and consistent standards

Managing purchasing, inventory, and supplier relationships

Overseeing a small but carefully curated menu

Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and food standards

Training, supervising, and rostering a high-performing team

Driving team performance through KPIs to deliver on business objectives

Working closely with the Executive and Operations team to achieve growth targets

About You

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

Previous experience as a Café Manager or Assistant Manager

Strong barista skills and a genuine passion for specialty coffee

Confidence with ordering systems, cost control, and stock management

Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills

Proven leadership and people management experience

A proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment

Current First Aid and Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
