Full-Time | 38–45 hrs/week | Weekends essential

We’re looking for experienced, hands-on Managers to join our vibrant and growing hospitality group. This is your chance to work in some of Adelaide’s most exciting venues and be part of an energetic, forward-thinking team.

About the Role
You’ll lead by example, ensuring the venue runs smoothly, the team is motivated, and our guests leave with a smile every time.

What You’ll Do

Oversee daily bar and restaurant operations

Motivate, coach, and develop a passionate team

Maintain high standards of service and presentation

Manage stock, ordering, and supplier relationships

Ensure compliance with licensing, health, and safety regulations

Handle rostering, payroll input, and team scheduling

What We’re Looking For

Experience managing a busy bar and/or restaurant

A natural people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Strong leadership and communication skills

Sound understanding of bar operations, food service, and hospitality trends

Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
