In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Managing new tenancies, including hosting open homes and conducting detailed ingoing condition reports.
• Conducting routine inspections to ensure the highest standards of property maintenance.
• Coordinating repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion.
• Attending to tenancy requests promptly and professionally.

Role requirements:

• Certificate of Registration or Class 2 licence or be willing to obtain the qualifications
• Current and valid driver’s licence
