About the Role:
We’re looking for an energetic Leasing Consultant to join our clients friendly, high-performing team.
In this hands-on role, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective tenants helping them find their next home while supporting the Senior Property Managers with day-to-day leasing operations.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Responding to tenant enquiries via phone and email
• Managing leasing enquiries and coordinating open homes
• Processing tenancy applications with accuracy and care
• Assisting with marketing – preparing materials, coordinating signboards, and supporting promotional activities
• Compiling daily and weekly leasing activity reports
• Maintaining an up-to-date tenant database and “hot list” for upcoming listings
• Conducting market research and preparing property comparisons
• Supporting smooth onboarding for new clients
• Building strong relationships within the team to maximise referral opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

To be successful, you’ll bring:

• A current driver’s licence and reliable car (car allowance provided)
• A Certificate of Registration in QLD or NSW
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• A professional, client-first attitude and attention to detail
• Previous experience in property management or leasing.
