The Role:

• Support two Property Managers with a residential portfolio
• Conduct open homes, routine and ingoing inspections
• Liaise with tenants and landlords when required
• Manage tenant applications and conduct reference checks
• Negotiate lease terms and assist with renewals
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospective tenants

The Person:

• Previous experience in reception or leasing is preferred!
• Certificate of registration, drivers licence and car required
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• A passion for real estate and delivering exceptional customer service
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work autonomously
