About the role
Be the go to person for running opens, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth experience for both tenants and the property management team.
- Manage leasing process from enquiry to deposit
- Run opens, follow up leads, process applications
- Conduct reference checks and prepare approvals for PM
- Organise signboards, leasing register, and open homes
- Support routines and assist team with admin as needed

Experience required
- Proven leasing experience in real estate
- Strong organisational skills
- Confident communicator with go getter personality
- Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or License
- NSW drivers license and reliable car
