Leasing Consultant

BME Group, a leading real estate firm based in Sydney, and Wentworth Point, is seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our boutique Real Estate office in the heart of Sydney CBD. We manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties and are dedicated to delivering outstanding experiences to our clients. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with our property managers in a positive and open environment to provide world-class service to our landlords and connect tenants with their ideal rental properties.

The Role:

Respond to inquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and web.

Create and maintain a database of prospective tenants.

Organize photography and copy for all rental properties according to our agency standards.

Advertise and market properties for lease.

Conduct open and private inspections.

Report on inspections and application progress to Property Managers.

Process tenancy application forms and complete reference checks in a timely manner.

Prepare lease sign-ups, bond lodgement, and move-in documentation.

Conduct condition reports and routine inspections.

Perform ad hoc administrative duties.

Assist with property management duties as needed.

The Candidate:

Real Estate Certificate, car, and driver's license.

Background in Property Management/Customer Service.

Good understanding of the real estate market is desirable.

Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.

Exceptional people skills and customer service orientation.

Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Great attention to detail, thorough, and takes pride in their work.

Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage pressure effectively.
