This is an opportunity to grow your real estate career starting in leasing and future potential to be promoted into either the property management or sales team in Seaforth!

Experience is preferred, but not essential with full training provided.

• Significant customer service or sales experience - at least 2 years (real estate experience preferred but not essential)

The Role

As our consultant you will be looking after the leasing of our residential properties. Your duties will include, but not limited to:

• Conduct open for inspections on Wednesday & Saturday
• You will have contact with landlords, prospective tenants and existing tenants
• Private appointments
• Processing tenancy applications
• Preparing leases
• Work closely with our Property Managers

You must have a current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration and a vehicle. Above all, you must be self-motivated and driven to succeed. Strong communication and people skills are essential.

You will be rewarded with a generous pay structure including base salary and significant commission/bonuses on top! The sky is the limit in terms of earning potential.
