My client operates in the aftermarket parts and engineering industry across Australia and internationally, supplying their products across the mining & resources sectors and material handling facilities.

About the role:

We are looking for Sales Executive (aftermarket parts) with relevant experience in material handling products such as crushers, screens, feeders and conveyors. The ideal candidate will have experience managing tenders, converting new business opportunities and reviewing the product lines to keep ahead in the market.

This is a Full Time Permanent Position, so only applications with Full Work Rights in Australia will be considered

About you, as a minimum:

• Trade Qualified Mechanical Engineer or Mechanical fitter who has branched out into a sales, BDM or Account Management position
• Experience working on material handling products & parts such as conveyers, crushers, feeders or within heavy industry are essential for this position
• Develop strategies to target EPCs to open tender opportunities, lead the tenders to secure new business
• Sales planning, managing budgets, key stakeholder engagement, able to present solutions to clients to meet their needs
• This role would suit someone who comes from a technical/mechanical sales background, especially selling into EPC's
• Comfortable attending meetings, presenting solutions to clients across the Perth metro area with some state, interstate travel may also be required
• Skilled using inhouse CRMs to track sales and manage the sales process
