The Opportunity
TFS Projects are looking for a motivated and personable Architectural Consultant to build strong relationships with architects and provide up-to-date, relevant information about FF&E solutions.

This is a dynamic role with a balance of planning and fieldwork (1-2days in office and the rest travelling interstate). Open to location: Ballarat, Melbourne, Brisbane or Sydney.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing key accounts within the A&D channel focused on educational solutions.
• Engage architects in meaningful discussions about FF&E solutions for educational projects.
• Promote TFS Projects' BIM content and consult on project workflows and aesthetics.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, interstate wide.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and specifiers.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and tailored design consultations
• Generate and track leads and manage pipeline using HubSpot
• Attend weekly internal team meetings and daily huddles on Teams/Zoom. Ballarat Head office onsite visits quarterly.
• Collaborate closely with the Projects Director and wider team to ensure project success.

About You

You're a confident and driven sales professional who thrives in the design and architectural products space. With strong commercial acumen, you know how to build deep, consultative relationships and deliver results.

What You'll need to succeed?

• Proven Sales, BDM or relationship-building experience (ideally within the FF&E, A&D or furniture fit-out sectors).
• A consultative approach with an eye for aesthetics and technical understanding.
• Confidence to travel interstate and meet face-to-face with key stakeholders.
• Experience working and utilising CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred).
• Proactive business development nature, with strong communication and follow-up skills.
• A strong network of architects, designers, and/or specifiers.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Self-motivation to meet KPI's
