Forum Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to support two A-grade assets with government tenants in Canberra CBD. This is a contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee maintenance and operations of commercial sites
- Coordinate service contractors and ensure safety compliance
- Manage building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
- Must be able to pass several police and compliance checks
- Report into Senior Facilities Manager
Candidate Profile:
- Experience in office FM
- Must have base building experience
- Strong customer service orientation
