About the role
Cirka is seeking a Corporate Accounting Manager to lead core finance operations with a strong focus on day-to-day AR/AP management, Treasury, month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, audit leadership, and FBT compliance. This hands-on role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency while partnering with operational teams to drive process improvements and support business growth.
What you'll be doing
· Taking ownership of Treasury operations, including cash flow and covenant management
· Managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Expense management, invoicing and providing systems support
· Leading month-end close, reconciliations, and act as the key liaison for annual audits and maintaining relationships with external auditors
· Driving process improvements and business partnering with the Client Service Delivery team to enhance efficiency
· Ensuring policies, procedures, BAS and FBT records compliance are contemporary and best practice
What we're looking for
Essential:
· CA/CPA qualification and tertiary degree in Accounting, Business, Economics or related field
· 5+ years’ post-qualified experience including at least 1–2 years in a management role
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, mentor, and develop a team
· Proven ability to manage deadlines, competing priorities, and deliver with accuracy
· Outstanding attention to detail with an ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
· Advanced Excel and MS Office skills, with experience in online auditing/document systems
· Excellent verbal and written communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
· Experience in cleaning, facilities, or service industry
· Experience in business integrations andM&A support
· Substantial experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP in a multi-entity environment
