About the Role
Our client is a globally recognised creative manufacturing company, specialising in the design and production of large-scale public art and architectural installations. Their projects transform spaces in cities across Australia and around the world, working alongside artists, designers, and leading architects to bring bold ideas to life.
They are now seeking a People & Learning Advisor to take ownership of HR systems and drive impactful people development programs. This role is a rare blend of operational HR precision and strategic project work—perfect for someone who loves the detail of compliance and systems, but also enjoys building frameworks that grow capability and culture.
You’ll be the point of contact for HRIS management, compliance, performance frameworks and learning initiatives, working closely with managers to enable—not control—the way people are led and developed.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the optimisation of the HRIS (ELMO), ensuring clean data, reporting accuracy and streamlined workflows
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, contracts and compliance documentation in line with Fair Work and award requirements
- Refresh and administer performance management and training frameworks, providing clear career development pathways
- Draft HR communications and provide managers with advisory support on employee relations matters
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including on/offboarding and contract management
- Partner with leaders to provide day-to-day HR administrative support, enabling them with the right tools and guidance
What You’ll Bring
- Proven HRIS experience (ELMO highly regarded) and strong system/process improvement skills
- In-depth knowledge of Fair Work and Australian employment legislation
- Ability to work at both strategic and operational levels—designing frameworks while managing day-to-day detail
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- A collaborative, enabling approach with a genuine passion for learning and development
Salary & Benefits
- $100,000 – $120,000 + super
- Monday–Friday, full-time role, no weekend work
- Career development within a global creative manufacturer with international projects
- Professional, supportive and innovative culture where HR is valued as a driver of growth
