We’re partnering with a well-established national business to find a People & Culture Advisor who blends HR expertise with a genuine, people-first approach.

Based on the Gold Coast, you’ll join a high-impact, close-knit team that supports leaders across the business and plays a key role in shaping culture. This is a collaborative and values-driven environment where authenticity, connection, and agility are more than just buzzwords — they’re how the team works every day.

The Role
You’ll work across the full employee lifecycle, including:

• Leading end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
• Advising on performance, capability, and ER matters
• Supporting engagement, culture, and leadership initiatives
• Coaching managers to build confidence in people leadership
• Using data and insights to drive better outcomes
• Partnering with WHS, payroll, and operations teams

About You
You’re approachable, proactive, and confident working with a variety of stakeholders. Ideally, you’ll bring:

• 3–5 years’ HR or P&C advisory experience
• Strong communication and coaching skills
• Good judgment, discretion, and a calm, solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently and juggle priorities
• Experience in manufacturing or production (a plus)
• Familiarity with Martian Logic or CultureAmp (or keen to learn)
