Our client is a well-regarded Gold Coast boutique law firm known for delivering high-quality legal services while fostering a genuinely supportive and social team culture. With a strong reputation across Property and Wills & Estates matters, the firm offers its lawyers the opportunity to work closely with senior practitioners in a collaborative, down-to-earth environment.

They are now seeking a motivated Junior Lawyer with 1-2 years' PAE to join their team. The role can be tailored to your interests, offering exposure to Property law or Wills & Estates (or a mix of both), depending on your background and career goals.

This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role where you'll gain direct client contact, excellent mentorship and the flexibility to work 4 or 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Drafting and reviewing legal documents in Property or Wills & Estates matters

Providing advice and support to clients

Working closely with senior lawyers to develop your technical skills

Managing files with appropriate supervision

Building strong client relationships within a growing practice

About You
To succeed in this role, you will have:

1-2 years' PAE in either Property or Wills & Estates or an interest in developing in this practice aea

Strong drafting and communication skills

A client-focused approach with excellent attention to detail

The ability to work collaboratively within a team

Enthusiasm to learn and develop in a supportive environment
