About the Role

Due to continued growth, we’re seeking a Commercial and Property Lawyer to join our thriving team. This role involves working across a broad range of areas, including:

Commercial land and building sales and purchases.

Agribusiness.

Business structuring.

Deceased estates and succession planning.

Trusts, leasing, and partnerships.

Additionally, experience in commercial litigation will be highly advantageous, as the role will involve some litigious work. This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your expertise and gain exposure to challenging and rewarding cases.

What We’re Looking For

As the ideal candidate, you will:

Have a minimum of 2 years PAE in commercial and property law, and some commercial litigation experience.

Possess exceptional written and spoken English skills.

Demonstrate advanced skills in research and preparation of advices for internal or client use.

Show the ability to prioritise workloads, manage simultaneous tasks, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Exhibit attention to detail, persuasiveness, problem-solving, teamwork, and tenacity.

Have excellent time management and a commitment to delivering outstanding service to clients and colleagues.

Bring a positive approach, strong work ethic, and a passion for the law.
