About the role
As a Site Supervisor, you will manage multiple projects at one time. Common projects include but are not limited to, new amenities, refurbishments of school blocks, park & shelter upgrades, pathways and undercover areas

Key Responsibilities for the role
* Scheduling labour hire, trades and sub-contractors
* Experience & knowledge of safety requirements on site and paper work
* Understanding of the scope, budget and timeline of projects
* Identify and manage defects
* Attend client meetings
* Conduct toolbox meetings & ore-starts as needed
* Report daily on project progress via Builder trend
* Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel and Word

Skills & experience
* Minimum 2 - 5 years' experience in a similar role or ready to step into a Site Supervisor Role
* QBCC Site Supervisor License
* Strong communication skills
* Ability to manage and communicate effectively within a team

Benefits
Hours of 6.30am - 2.30pm Monday to Friday. No weekend work. Quarterly bonuses when exceeding set KPI's. Vehicle package of $350 a week (Conditions apply)
