We are seeking a motivated and results-driven business development professional to join our Packaging Solutions company in Australia. The role focuses on driving sales of our wide range of packaging products—including tin cans, PET bottles, HDPE/IBC containers, and cartons—to clients across the food, edible oil, beverage, and FMCG industries.
The ideal candidate will have strong B2B sales experience, a good understanding of packaging solutions, and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in packaging or manufacturing
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and revenue growth
Experience selling to food, beverage, or FMCG industries
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
Valid Australian driver's licence for client visits
Qualifications:
Tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Sales or business development certifications advantageous
Work Eligibility:
Must have unrestricted rights to work in Australia
Willing to undergo background checks if required
