We’re looking for a Business Development Manager who is driven, people-focused, and excited by the opportunity to make a real impact. This role isn’t just about closing deals—it’s about building lasting relationships, driving growth, and representing oeDigital as a trusted partner to businesses across our region.

What You’ll Be Doing

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in managed print services.

Build and nurture strong client relationships with a consultative approach.

Work closely with our Marketing department to follow up on leads from events, campaigns, and community initiatives—ensuring every lead is kept warm and every opportunity maximised.

Help maintain and elevate oeDigital’s reputation as a thought leader in print management by being active in the community, events, and client conversations.

Prepare and deliver tailored proposals that highlight value, efficiency, and innovation.

Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management (technology or managed services background preferred).

A relationship-builder with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Ability to work collaboratively with marketing and technical teams.

A consultative approach—someone who listens first and provides real solutions.
