About the Role

In this diverse and rewarding role, you'll play a key part in providing outstanding property management support. Your day-to-day will include:

Trust accounting, end of month or mid month work.

Communicating with tenants & landlords regarding maintenance and general enquiries

Supporting the team with application processing

Helping prepare lease documentation, keys, and welcome packs for new tenants

Coordinating minor maintenance and liaising with tradespeople

Ensuring our systems and files are kept up-to-date and accurate

About You

We’re seeking someone who is proactive, organised, and eager to grow in the real estate industry. Ideally, you will have:

A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (NSW) or are actively working towards it

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A positive, can-do attitude and strong willingness to learn

Great organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks

Confidence with technology and software systems
