DNA Healthcare is seeking a Resident Onboarding Coordinator to join a highly supportive aged care organisation committed to delivering outstanding care. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming smile that guides new residents and their families through their first steps into residential aged care.

You will be responsible for coordinating the full onboarding experience for new residents, ensuring their transition into aged care is smooth & reassuring. You’ll respond to enquiries from families with empathy and professionalism, assess and qualify prospective residents, and manage all necessary documentation. Your day-to-day will include overseeing admissions, conducting personalised facility tours that build trust and confidence, and supporting families with cost-related questions by offering clear and transparent guidance. You’ll also manage entry and discharge procedures with precision and care, while fostering meaningful relationships with residents and their loved ones to create a warm, welcoming environment they can truly call home.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 2+ years’ experience in residential aged care admissions or related onboarding roles
• Presents services with clarity, confidence, and a personal touch
• Is an strong communicator
• Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Is comfortable travelling to multiple sites across the Sydney area
• Brings excellent IT knowledge and administration skills
• Is a genuine team player with a heart for aged care
