What you'll do:

• First point of contact for IT support via phone and email
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Escalate unresolved problems to higher-level support
• Guide users through setup and problem-solving steps
• Log, track, and close support tickets accurately
• Configure software and update internal systems

What we're looking for:

• Minimum 1 years' experience in an IT Helpdesk or IT Support role
• Call centre or Customer service background
• Ticketing systems experience is ideal
• Accurate data entry with the ability to follow process and meet SLAs
