About the role

This is a hands-on role that offers plenty of variety and the chance to learn all aspects of working in a busy law firm. You’ll be an important part of the team, assisting our lawyers and support staff with essential day-to-day office duties, including:

Managing and maintaining physical and electronic files

Filing court documents and outside clerking duties

Assisting at reception, greeting clients, and answering phones

Booking and coordinating meetings

Preparing and organising files for court and client meetings

General office administration to support the team

About you

We’re looking for someone who is professional, reliable, and eager to learn. The ideal candidate will have:

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

A positive, can-do attitude

Great communication skills and a client-service focus

The ability to prioritise and work as part of a close-knit team

A willingness to pitch in and help wherever required
