Junior Site Supervisor

We’re looking for a motivated Junior Site Supervisor to join our small, high-performing residential construction team. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and direct mentoring from two registered builders, while working on high-end architectural renovations and new builds within 20 minutes of the Perth CBD.

What We Offer

Company ute, phone, and iPad provided

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 + super, vehicle, phone, iPad

Your birthday off work, paid.

Direct reporting line to our Construction Manager

One-on-one mentoring from our Registered Builder Construction Manager and Registered Builder Business Owner

About the Role

Supervise and coordinate trades and suppliers to keep projects on time and on budget

Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and quality standards

Assist with scheduling, planning, and problem-solving on site

Support the site team with hands-on tasks where needed

Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and stakeholders

Contribute to a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

You will need to get your hands dirty from time to time, so you must be willing and able to jump in and help if needed. This could be site set up, site tiding, knocking out a wall, helping to lift steel, collecting materials etc

No two weeks will be the same.

Estimated 75% of your time on-site, 25% in the office

About You

Carpentry/trade background would be an advantage but not essential

At least 3 years’ experience working on residential construction sites

Strong understanding of residential construction methods

Hard-working, hands-on, and practical.

Not afraid to get your hands dirty or stuck into manual labour if needed from time to time.

As we are a small high performing team, there is absolutely no place to hide!

Tech-savvy (or willing to learn construction software like BuilderTrend or Wunderbuild)

White Card and full manual driver’s licence

Growth mindset, willing to take feedback, learn fast, and strive to improve

Enjoys your work and takes pride in building a high-quality product

Fluent English, written and verbal and strong communication skills

Right to work in Australia
