We want people dedicated to positive patient outcomes and who has a desire to be an advocate for exercise physiology in the industry, particularly in the WA compensable system. Patient by patient we want to change lives, but we also want to change the industry and the way exercise is prescribed.

Workers Compensation experience is preferable but not essential.

Professional Insurances provided

Essential Minimum Selection Criteria

Registration as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (ESSA) or Physiotherapist (AHRPA).

Growth mindset, with a desire to build and develop skills and personal brand within the industry of AEP and Workers Compensation

Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team delivering exceptional results within all stages of treatment.

You must have the right to work in Australia to apply.

Driver's Licence and reliable car

Desirable but not essential

Demonstrated ability to be autonomous, ambitious and outcomes-driven

Experience in exercise rehabilitation, particularly musculoskeletal rehab

Knowledge of and experience within Worker's compensation (WorkCover WA)

Previous similar role and responsibilities.
