The Opportunity
We are seeking a professional and motivated Sales Executive to join our Perth-based team. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base, strengthening existing relationships, and promoting our range of premium coffee beans, machinery and tailored service solutions. You will be supported by an experienced team, with the opportunity to contribute to the continued success and expansion of a respected national business.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities across corporate, hospitality, and facilities management sectors
Must possess a valid driver's licence as travel to client sites is required
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring a high standard of service delivery
Present and promote our coffee machinery and service solutions to decision-makers at all levels
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client experiences
Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
About You
Proven track record in B2B sales (experience in coffee, foodservice, or hospitality highly regarded)
Candidates with B2B sales experience from any industry background will be considered for this position
Minimum 3-4 years of B2B sales experience required
B2B sales experience requirements are flexible within the 3-4 year range depending on candidate quality
Strong relationship management, negotiation, and presentation skills
Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities and deliver solutions
Professional, self-motivated, and results-focused
Passion for quality, innovation, and customer service
Must hold valid work rights in Australia
