With consistent year-on-year growth, we are now opening a WA showroom to better serve builders and developers in the area. Our dedicated quoting team provide full back-end support, so you can focus on building relationships and driving sales.

The Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative / BDM to expand our builder network and grow sales in WA. You will represent Charwildar Windows in WA, building relationships with builders and developers, showcasing our products, and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and build relationships with new builder and developer clients

Gather project requirements and work with the quoting team to prepare proposals

Conduct site visits, present solutions, and follow up opportunities

Collaborate with our internal sales assistant to streamline client support

Meet and exceed sales targets while strengthening WA market presence

What We’re Looking For

Sales experience in windows & doors, construction products, or related industry

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Proactive, self-driven, and confident in client meetings and site visits

Valid driver’s licence; willingness to travel across WA
