We’re seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join a well-established civil construction company based in Hemmant.

What’s on Offer:

• 3-month contract with the possibility of extension
• $75 – $95 per hour + super
• Immediate start – hit the ground running

The business is looking for an HR professional with proven experience in HRIS implementation to support the process and advise on the most suitable HR software solutions going forward.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting the rollout of COINS and integrating HR processes
• Reviewing current HR systems and recommending fit-for-purpose solutions
• Working with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth system adoption

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in HRIS / HR system implementation
• Strong knowledge of different HR platforms and their capabilities
• Ability to consult with the business and provide practical recommendations
• Background in construction or similar project-based industries is a bonus
