Our Client:
A leading government program is delivering a new Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solution. The team is committed to digital transformation and collaborative delivery.

The role:
Join as a Digital Specialist supporting end-to-end technical delivery within a dynamic digital transformation program. You'll drive system testing, data migration, rollout, and user enablement activities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on technical support across multiple program areas, collaborating with consultants, testers, analysts, and stakeholders.
• Lead System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing, ensuring quality and timely issue resolution.
• Support data migration through cleansing, transformation, validation, and quality assurance checks.
• Assist with rollout readiness, post-go-live support, and user enablement activities including documentation and training.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary to maintain delivery momentum.
• Adhere to program governance, compliance, and security standards, documenting technical activities for knowledge transfer.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience implementing or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Strong technical problem-solving skills within digital transformation or technology programs.
• Experience working in Agile, collaborative environments.
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and communicate clearly across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Skilled in managing testing processes, data migration, and end-user support.
