Hays Procurement is currently recruiting for a procurement advisor for a well-established organisation based in Brisbane CBD.

Your new role

As Procurement Advisor, you will manage critical categories, including HME and electrical. You'll lead sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and contract management to deliver value and performance across the supply chain. Your strong analytical mindset and advanced Excel skills will be essential in interpreting data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:

• End-to-end category management for HME and electrical
  
• Development and execution of sourcing strategies
  
• Supplier engagement, contract negotiation, and performance tracking
  
• Data analysis and reporting to support procurement decisions
  
• Driving continuous improvement and commercial value
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong knowledge of HME and electricity categories is highly regarded.
  
• Advanced Excel and analytical capability
  
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  
• Experience with ERP systems and procurement platforms
