Part-time or Casual Property Inspector:

Want more flexibility and want to stay in property management? We are seeking a part time or caual Inspector to assist with routines, final bonds and ingoing property condition reports as well as some virtual assistance occassionally as required.

The Role:

Conduct inspections of rental properties and complete detailed reports

Identify and document ingoing and outgoing property conditions, maintenance issues, and compliance concerns

Capture high-quality photos and input clear, structured notes through Inspection Express

Collect and return keys to real estate offices as needed

Some virtual assistance helping the Property Manager with assigned tasks

The Candidate:

Previous property management experience helpful but not essential!

Candidates must hold valid work rights in Australia

Current driver's license and reliable car - Willingness to travel to jobs as required

Must be willing to travel across the metro area for property inspections as required

Mobile phone - Tech savvy and confident with using apps

Strong attention to detail – ability to spot issues and document them accurately

Able to work independently with a positive attitude

Strong time management – capable of planning a daily schedule and meeting deadlines

Availability to work 10-15 hours per week minimum
