Hours: Some weekdays and every Saturday & Sunday (Hours will vary depending on workload)

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Property Inspector to join our team. This is a part-time role perfect for someone who wants to stay connected to the property industry while balancing other commitments.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Conducting property inspections on weekends (one or both days depending on property demand).

Filming walk-through videos of properties and providing clear, engaging commentary.

Preparing and submitting professional inspection reports.

Entering inspection data into our CRM system.

Communicating effectively with selling agents and company directors.
