Royal Life Saving Western Australia is seeking a casual Fundraising Administration Officer to join our fundraising team, based in our Mt Claremont office.

With over 100 years of providing water safety services to the WA community, Royal Life Saving is a leading drowning prevention charity and provides an extensive range of products and services to the broader WA community.

About the role

The Fundraising Administration Officer reports to the Head of Philanthropy, and will work within the Fundraising team to provide admin assistance, customer service and general office support.

The role is casual, but is expected to be approximately 15 hours a week.

About you

Ideally you will be bright and personable and able to work independently in a busy and dynamic environment.

The role is well suited to someone looking to work school hours and the days and times are flexible, within weekdays and office hours.

Tasks & Responsibilities

· Processing of incoming mail, data entry and balancing payments.

· Handle telephone and email enquiries.

· Assist with maintaining customer data.

· Updating reports.

· Providing clerical assistance and assisting non-office-based with administration support.

Skills & Experience

· Good attention to detail.

· Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs and have proven keyboard skills.

· Ability to provide quality customer service.

· Good communication skills with fluency in both written and spoken English.

· Ability to work individually or as part of a small team within our busy office environment.
