About the role

Reporting to the Branch Manager, this full-time Sales Admin role at Uptons Group in Epping, VIC 3076 is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the sales team. In this critical role, you will contribute to the overall sales operations and ensure the smooth running of the sales department.

What you'll be doing

Handling customer enquiries and orders, and responding in a timely and professional manner

Maintaining accurate records and updating the customer relationship management (CRM) system

Preparing sales reports and presentations to support the sales team

Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless information flow and efficient order processing

Providing administrative assistance to the sales team, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars

Supporting the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives

Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience in a similar sales administrative role, preferably within the sales industry

Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to priorities and multitask

A good knowledge of computers would be helpful

A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset

A team player who can contribute to the overall success of the sales department

A forklift license would be an advantage
