The Role
Are you an administrative superstar looking for a role where your work directly contributes to a company's success? We're on the hunt for a dedicated Sales and Leasing Administration Assistant to join a dynamic and highly successful commercial property team.
This is more than just an admin job. You will be a vital part of the team, supporting the sales department by ensuring seamless operations. Your day-to-day will involve a wide range of tasks, from managing marketing submissions and tracking timelines to drafting leases and handling diary management.
The ideal candidate is highly organised, proactive, and has a meticulous eye for detail. You'll need to be an excellent communicator, capable of building positive relationships with colleagues. If you're eager to learn, enthusiastic, and committed to doing high-quality work, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career with a leading name in the industry.
WFH can be requested upon successful completion of probation.
Some of the core responsibilities;
- Attending to requests from manager of department in a timely manner
- Check lease checklist, draft leases, draft authorities with custom advertising packages
- Managing marketing campaigns, including triggering materials and proofing submissions
- Maintaining listings on web portals and handling marketing submissions
- Tracking and triggering invoice payments
- Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed
ABOUT YOU
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a professional services environment (real estate experience very beneficial)
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
- The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- High level of maturity, confidence, and discretion
Salary range between $65,000 and $75,000 + Super
