What you’ll be doing

• Manage customer enquiries and build long-term relationships
• Generate new sales with existing network of clients
• Support the external sales team with quotes, orders, invoicing and reporting
• Liaise with accounts, engineering, production and warehouse to keep everything on track
• Monitor spare parts stock, suppliers and pricing to ensure availability
• Keep ERP/CRM records up to date and pipelines accurate

What we’re looking for

• Customer-focused with great relationship-building skills
• Confident on the phone and comfortable making outbound calls
• Organised, detail-driven and able to juggle multiple priorities
• ERP/CRM experience (IFS or Microsoft Dynamics highly regarded)
• Technical knowledge or spare parts/inventory experience a plus (Engineering)
• Self-starter who enjoys both hitting targets and supporting a team
