About the role
Signing property management agreements from qualified leads (80% conversion rate)
Preparing appraisals and comparative market analyses
Analysing market trends with the support of our national BDM team
Growing and servicing a strong client database
Full time, office based position
About you
Results driven with a focus on outcomes
Creative, with the ability to think outside the box
Professional phone manners and outstanding customer service
Strong personal presentation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Real estate licence is beneficial but not essential
