About the role

As the Social Media Manager at Delta Dermatology and Laser Clinic, you will play a crucial role in shaping the clinic’s online presence and brand identity. Working in a casual capacity, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging social media strategies across various platforms to drive brand awareness, foster community engagement, and support the our marketing objectives. This position is based in our beautiful clinic in Kensington, NSW 2033.

What you'll be doing

Manage and curate content for Delta Dermatology's social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand visibility, audience growth, and engagement

Monitor and analyse social media performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimisation

Collaborate with the doctors, nurses and our admin team to create and distribute compelling, on-brand content that resonates with our target audience

Engage with the online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve the company's social media presence

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably with proven track record in managing similar clinics/ spas.

Healthcare, beauty, or wellness industry experience highly desirable but not essential

Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to create engaging, on-brand content

Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics, with the ability to interpret data and optimise performance

Basic understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to social media content

Creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics, with the ability to produce visually appealing content

Proven track record of growing online communities and driving audience engagement

Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively

Familiarity with social media management tools and software (e.g. Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics)

Experience with paid social media advertising and campaign management across Facebook Ads Manager and Instagram promotions.
