🧠 About the Role

This newly created role is ideal for a digital-savvy marketer who’s hands-on, creative, and analytical. You’ll lead and execute our digital strategy, manage our social media presence, and drive online engagement and lead generation.

💻 Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals

Manage and grow our social media channels (Youtube, Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Create and curate engaging content (graphics, videos, blogs, newsletters)

Analyse performance metrics and provide actionable insights and reporting

Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing with business development and product launches

Stay updated with digital trends, tools, and best practices eg Ai video creation

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, etc.)

Exceptional content creation and copywriting skills

Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)

Highly organised with strong project management skills

Ability to work independently and drive initiatives from concept to completion
