We’ve got two exciting opportunities to join our Student Operations team at the Yallourn Campus — a small and collaborative team working together in our Contact Centre.
If you're passionate about delivering exceptional service and supporting students on their education journey, we want to hear from you!
This isn’t your average Contact Centre role. At TAFE Gippsland, we focus on quality over quantity ensuring every conversation is a chance to make a real impact.
As the first point of contact for prospective students, you’ll respond to enquiries via our website and 1300 number, qualify leads, and guide individuals through course options and the application process. You’ll also assess applications using clear processes, helping students confidently take the next step and ensuring they’re matched with the right course for success.
Reporting to the Team Leader – Acquisition and Application, you’ll be part of a supportive team environment, working alongside colleagues who are passionate about delivering excellent service to both current and future students.
