What You'll Be Doing:

As a key member of the Customer Service Team, you'll:

• Handle inbound calls and assist customers with orders, delivery inquiries, and product recommendations.
• Process orders accurately while promoting slow-moving products and upselling where possible.
• Support the sales team with quotes, administrative tasks, and order updates.
• Conduct outbound calls to encourage reorders and build strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Promote our self-service ordering portal and help customers navigate it.

What We're Looking For:

We're seeking someone who brings:

• A positive, can-do attitude.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with customers.
• Computer literacy and experience working with large product ranges.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail when handling repetitive tasks.

Bonus Points For:

• Previous experience in a similar customer service role.
• Previous experience with any of the below systems.
• Negotiation skills and complaint-handling expertise.

Tools You'll Use: You'll work with systems like Netsuite, Excel, Freight software, and Microsoft Office applications. Don't worry-the team will provide onboarding support to get you up to speed!

Team Structure: You'll be joining a supportive Customer Service Team led by a Team Leader alongside three other Customer Service Officers. Collaboration is at the heart of what they do!

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
