We’re currently on the lookout for passionate, skilled and motivated chefs to join the kitchen team at our newest Asian Fusion restaurant opening in Fortitude Valley. With multiple roles available, we’re offering a great opportunity for chefs at different stages of their careers to thrive in a fast-paced, creative, and supportive environment.

Available Roles

Head Chef

Lead the kitchen team with creativity and professionalism

Develop seasonal menus, manage suppliers, and maintain cost control

Oversee training, rostering, and daily kitchen operations

Ensure consistent food quality and compliance with food safety standards

Sous Chef

Support the Head Chef in day-to-day operations

Supervise and motivate junior kitchen staff

Contribute to menu development and service delivery

Step into leadership when required, ensuring smooth operations

Chef de Partie

Take responsibility for your section with pride and precision

Deliver high-quality dishes consistently during service

Work closely with senior chefs to develop your skills

Maintain a clean and efficient workspace

About You

Previous experience in a similar role (Head, Sous or CDP)

Strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail

Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment

Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and delivering excellent dining experiences
