The Role
As a Clinical Trial Site Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of clinical trials at the site level. Working closely with investigators, sponsors, and cross-functional teams, you’ll ensure studies are conducted to the highest standards of quality, compliance, and patient care.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing end-to-end clinical trial operations at the site

Serving as the main point of contact for sponsors and CROs

Ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met

Leading site staff and supporting investigators to ensure smooth study delivery

Overseeing study start-up, recruitment, and ongoing trial management

Maintaining compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements

About You
We are seeking a motivated professional with a strong background in clinical research and a passion for advancing oncology trials.

To be successful, you will have:

Previous experience in clinical research within a CRO, sponsor, or site environment

Project management experience is essential

Exposure to Oncology clinical trials

Strong organisational and communication skills

A collaborative approach and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
