About the role

• Work closely and plan effectively with Project and Senior Management, ensuring accurate timelines, budgets and job requirements
• Motivate and lead your team of installers throughout project execution, tracking and documenting all milestones, variations and completed works
• Maintain high levels of document management for Quality Assurance, progress updates and compliance
• Establish and maintain communication channels with all key internal and external stakeholders, and lead by example in your management of Health & Safety and risk
• Drive a continuous improvement culture on site. Share your Passive Fire experience with your team, and complete regular reviews to ensure quality workmanship, compliance and lessons learned for next time

Skills and experience

• At least five years of experience leading site teams on large-scale commercial construction projects, with preferred candidates coming from Passive Fire Protection trade
• All relevant tickets valid and in date (White Card, EWP Yellow Card, Working at Heights, Confined Space Entry etc)
• Strong demonstrated understanding of Passive Fire installation, methodology and regulations
• Effective organisational skills, a passion for problem solving and proven experience managing resources and materials in accordance with project budgets
• The ability to communicate concisely with all relevant stakeholders
