Full-Time Graphic Designer / Pre-Press / Account Manager

Sublitech (www.sublitech.com.au) is a fast-growing print and design business specialising in sublimation printing. We work with clients across fashion, retail, corporate and creative industries to bring bold ideas to life and we are looking for a hands-on, versatile designer to join our team.

The Role

This is a varying role combining creative design, pre-press production, and client account management. You will be working across a wide variety of projects - from artwork setup and print files, to creative layouts and colour matching, to managing client briefs and delivering jobs on time with the in house production team.

Your day-to-day will include:

Creating and preparing artwork for print and digital

Pre-press setup (colour management, file checks, print-ready layouts)

Working closely with clients, providing design advice and support

Managing projects from briefing through to production and delivery

Liaising with our production team to ensure quality and deadlines are met

Contributing to the creative development of new products and campaigns

About You

We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, creative environment and enjoys variety in their work. You will need to be both design-savvy and detail-driven, with strong communication skills to manage client relationships.

You will bring to our team:

2–3+ years of experience in graphic design and/or pre-press

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Solid understanding of print processes, file setup and colour management

Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects

A professional, client-focused approach - you are confident speaking with clients and managing jobs end-to-end

Bonus: experience in signage, large format, or sublimation printing
