About the Role:
We're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Cosmetic Patient Coordinator to join our boutique cosmetic clinic! This full-time role (5 days/week, including Saturdays) offers the exciting opportunity to be at the heart of an elite, high-end cosmetic practice. Hours are typically 10 AM - 6 PM, with Saturday hours from 9:30 AM - 4 PM. If you have a friendly, positive attitude and a passion for delivering top-notch service, we want to hear from you!

Your Role:
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Be the friendly face and first point of contact for our valued patients.
- Manage appointments, respond to enquiries, and handle payments with a smile.
- Ensure smooth clinic operations—open/close duties, liaising with industry professionals, and more.

Skills & Experience:
- Medical Reception/Administration Experience: We're looking for someone with a background in reception or administrative roles specifically in the medical aesthetics space.
- Cosmetic Medicine Knowledge: Experience in a cosmetic or medical clinic is highly regarded, and must come with a strong desire to learn!
- Organizational Skills: You'll be the go-to person for bookings, inquiries, and keeping everything running smoothly.
A minimum of 1-2 years of medical reception and administration experience is required for this position.
Candidates must be Australian citizens or permanent residents with full working rights in Australia.
