About the Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office & Accounts Administrator to join our friendly team. This permanent role (full-time or part-time) is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives on organisation, and takes pride in being the go-to person for both administration and finance support.

You’ll be the backbone of our office, ensuring day-to-day operations run seamlessly while supporting our consultants and finance team. This is a dynamic position where no two days are the same — from managing accounts payable/receivable to assisting with compliance, projects, and even contributing ideas for team and social media initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide all-round administrative support to a collaborative and supportive team
  • Monitor and manage aged debtors in partnership with the accounts team
  • Prepare and format documents, contracts, and proposals
  • Record, verify, and maintain compliance and documentation
  • Assist with monthly expense reconciliation and financial reporting
  • Liaise with external finance, facilities, and advisory partners
  • Support business initiatives with ad-hoc projects
  • Contribute to minor social media engagement and marketing collaboration

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in accounts/administration, ideally with exposure to both accounts payable and receivable
  • Proficiency in Xero and Excel
  • Excellent organisational skills with sharp attention to detail
  • Clear and confident communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
